Text with images or one video, in the numbers your server allows: 4 images on a standard server.
What SPREVA checks before it publishes
Every post is checked against these limits for each Mastodon account you picked, in the editor and again right before it goes out, so a problem shows up while you can still fix it.

How connecting works
Type the server your account lives on; you can paste your full address, such as @you@mastodon.social. SPREVA registers itself on that server and sends you there to sign in, so it works with any Mastodon server.
SPREVA asks only to read your account and to post statuses and media, and you can withdraw that from your server's settings at any time.
What SPREVA adds
Your server's limits, not a guess
The character, attachment and description limits come from your server when you connect, so a server that allows longer posts gets longer posts.
Who can see it
Everyone, unlisted or followers only, chosen per post. Direct messages are left out on purpose: a direct message is not a publication.
Content warnings, sensitive media, language
Add a content warning, hide media until it is tapped, and set the post's language: the things Mastodon readers act on.
Image descriptions
The description saved on an image in Media goes out with it, and SPREVA warns you when none of the post's images has one.
And as on every network: its own text for any account, an approximate preview, publishing now, on a date or through a queue, a retry for only the accounts that failed, and each post's numbers read back into Analytics.
Questions about Mastodon
Does SPREVA work with any Mastodon server?
Yes. You type your server's address when you connect and sign in there. Nothing has to be set up on the server beforehand.
Can I schedule Mastodon posts?
Yes. Publish now, choose a date and time, or add the post to a queue, with the visibility, content warning and language you chose for it.
How does a link count toward my Mastodon limit?
Your server counts every link as a fixed number of characters, whatever its real length. SPREVA counts it the same way, so a long link does not use up your limit.
Can I connect Mastodon accounts on different servers?
Yes. Each account connects on its own server and keeps that server's own limits.
