Write one post for every network, then refine each in its own tab
The same post rarely fits every network as it is. X wants one line, LinkedIn a paragraph, YouTube a title, Instagram the hashtags somewhere. Writing five versions from scratch takes an hour; pasting one everywhere looks lazy. SPREVA's composer is built for the middle way: write once, adapt to every network in one step, and fine-tune any of them in its own tab.

The short version
Choose your accounts under Where to post and write the post once, in the All tab. Press Adapt to each network and the AI writes a version for every account in that network's style. Check them in How it looks on each network, open any network's tab to fine-tune it, and publish, schedule or queue them all with one button.
One idea, a version per network
Each network has its own length, its own habits and its own required fields. One post with a version for each keeps the idea, the timing and the campaign in one place, while every network gets the words that suit it. Change the idea once, in All, and every network that has not been given its own text follows.
Step by step
- 1
Press New in the sidebar, choose Post and its kind, then press the accounts you want under Where to post. A tab appears for each.
- 2
Write the post once in All, with its images or video.
- 3
Press Adapt to each network. You see how many AI credits it uses and confirm; the AI rewrites the text for every account in the style of each, and fills in any required title. One Undo brings everything back.
- 4
Read the list How it looks on each network: each row shows the version, its length against the limit, and whether it is the same as All, its own text or adapted by the AI. Fine-tune or Fix opens that network's tab.
- 5
In a network's tab, change what you want. The rest of that network's settings are there too.
- 6
Under When, choose Now, Schedule or Queue. The button says exactly what will happen, such as Publish now to 4 accounts.
What the tabs tell you
Each tab carries a small mark, so you can see where every version stands without opening it:
- No mark: the network uses the text of All.
- Own: you wrote this network's text yourself.
- AI: the AI adapted it, and you have not changed it since.
- !: something needs attention before it can go out, such as text over the limit. The All tab counts how many networks need it, and a link beside the button takes you to the first.
Inside a network's tab
A network's tab holds everything that belongs to that network alone:
- Its text, shown greyed while it follows All. Type in it and it becomes that network's own; Back to the All text returns it, and Adapt for with the account's name asks the AI for this one network.
- Its media: the files from All, or Use different media for this network only.
- Its settings, such as the placement (a Reel or a Story), a title, a first comment or a board.
Preview what each network will show
The preview beside the composer follows the tab you are on: open the LinkedIn tab and it shows the LinkedIn post, open Threads and it shows Threads. In All, it shows the first network.
On a phone
On a small screen, a bar at the bottom shows how many networks are ready or need fixing, opens the preview, and holds the button that publishes, schedules or queues the post.
Write your next post once
Choose three networks, write the post in All, adapt it, and fine-tune the one that matters most. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. How to adapt one post for Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
Questions
Does adapting cost AI credits?
Yes, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Writing and fine-tuning by hand costs nothing.
Can I undo Adapt to each network?
Yes. One Undo brings back every version as it was, including any own text it replaced.
What happens if I change All after fine-tuning a network?
A network with its own text keeps it; the others follow All. Back to the All text makes a network follow All again.
Can one network have different images?
Yes. In its tab, choose Use different media; the other networks keep the files from All.
Are there keyboard shortcuts?
Arrow keys move between tabs, Cmd or Ctrl and Enter presses the main button, and Cmd or Ctrl and S saves the draft at once.
