How to set up a brand kit so every video looks like yours
A brand is mostly repetition: the same colours, the same font, the logo in the same corner, every time. Doing that by hand in every video is how it slips. A brand kit does it for you. This is how to set one up in SPREVA, and where it shows up without you asking.

The short version
Open Brand, then Brand kit. Add your colours and choose a font, or upload your own; add your logo, your handle and a watermark; and, if you have them, an intro and an outro. From then on, new videos from a template, videos made from a script, clips from a longer video and Studio's AI all start in your brand.
What goes in the kit
The kit holds everything that makes a video recognisably yours:
| Part | What it is |
|---|---|
| Colours | Up to 12: the first fills the background, the second is the accent, the rest are swatches |
| Font | The one font your titles and text use |
| Your fonts | Up to 6 font files of your own, TTF or OTF |
| Logo | Put in a corner of templates, and shown during the first line of a video made from a script |
| Handle | Your @name, shown on your videos |
| Watermark | A picture on every video, with its position, size and opacity |
| Intro and outro | A clip or a picture that opens and closes your videos |
| Logo corner and name cards | Which corner the logo sits in, and how a name card slides in |
Setting it up
- 1
Open Brand and choose Brand kit.
- 2
Under Colours and font, add your colours, background first and accent second, and pick the font.
- 3
Under Your fonts, upload your own TTF or OTF files if your brand uses a font you own.
- 4
Under Logo, handle and watermark, choose the pictures from your library, type your handle, and set where the watermark sits, how big and how see-through.
- 5
Add an intro and outro if you use them, and choose the logo corner and how name cards slide in.
Where the kit shows up
Once it is set, you stop applying it by hand:
- A new video from a template starts in your colours, font and logo.
- A video made from a script gets your logo, watermark, intro and outro.
- Studio's AI and the agents you connect build in your brand.
- Clips from a longer video can take your kit in one step.
In any project, the editor's Brand tab adds the pieces by hand. Each project keeps its own copy, so a one-off can differ from the kit, and videos you already made keep their colours when the kit changes.
A watermark that does its job
A watermark should say whose video it is without getting in the way. By default it sits at the bottom centre, at about a fifth of the width and slightly see-through; on tall videos it sits centred just under the captions. Choose a simple version of your logo or your handle: a detailed logo turns to a smudge at that size.
Your own fonts
Upload up to 6 TTF or OTF files, of up to 5 MB each. You confirm that you have the right to use the font in your videos, which most font licences require for video. Each font shows which accented letters it is missing, so you find out before a caption in Portuguese or French falls back to another font.
For several brands
Each workspace has its own kit, so each brand or client keeps its own look. The logo and the other kit files can come from a folder another of your workspaces shares, so the master copy of a logo lives in one place. How to share photos, videos and folders between workspaces, without copies.
Your name for reviewers
The brand clients see when they approve posts is a separate setting: in Settings, under the workspace, Shown to reviewers holds the name and logo on the review pages, on the Pro and Business plans.
Set up your kit today
Open Brand kit, add two colours, your logo and a watermark, and make your next video from a template. Studio is part of the Pro and Business plans, and every plan starts with a 7-day trial. How to use skills: teach SPREVA's AI your way of editing, once.
Questions
Which plan includes the brand kit?
The brand kit is part of Studio, on Pro and Business. On other plans it opens read-only.
Will changing the kit change videos I already made?
No. Each project keeps its own copy, so finished videos keep their colours. New videos use the new kit.
Where do I set the caption style?
In Video styles and Clip formats, also under Brand. The kit sets the colours, font, logo and watermark.
Can my AI agent change the brand kit?
It can read the kit and build in it, but changing the colours, logo or fonts is done by a person, in Brand kit.
Who can edit the brand kit?
Owners, Admins, Publishers and Editors.
