How to set the tone for each social network once, and let every post follow it

Open Settings, then Writing styles. For each network, choose the tone, the length, how many hashtags and where they go, how many emojis, how to close and what to avoid, or press Learn from my posts to start from what you already do. From then on, when you adapt a post for an account in the composer, the AI rewrites it in that network's style.

Every network begins with a style that suits it, which you can change in a click:

Each network has seven settings:

• Tone: Direct, Casual, Informative, Conversational or Professional.
• Length: One line, Short, Medium or Long.
• Hashtags: none, 3, 5 or 10.
• Where the hashtags go: in the caption, or in the first comment so the caption stays clean.
• Emojis: none, a few or many.
• How to close, in your words, such as "A question so people comment".
• Avoid, in your words, such as "Links in the caption".

   Open Settings and choose Writing styles.

   Pick a network and change what you want. Every change is saved as you make it.

   Watch the Example with this style change with each choice. It is built from a sample post, without AI, so trying styles costs nothing.

   Changed your mind? Back to the usual style returns the network to where it started, with Undo.

The tone, how to close and what to avoid stay as you set them. You see what changed, network by network, and one Undo puts everything back. A network needs at least three published posts to learn from.

In the composer, write the post once in All and press Adapt to each network: the AI rewrites it for every account in that network's style, shorter and plainer for X, longer and without emojis for LinkedIn. To redo one network, open its tab and press Adapt for and the account's name. It still never adds facts that are not in your text. How to write captions with AI that don't sound like AI.

An AI agent connected to SPREVA, such as Claude or ChatGPT, reads the styles you saved too, and follows them when it writes your posts.

Styles belong to the workspace, so everyone who writes there writes the same way, and each client in their own workspace keeps their own voice. Owners, Admins, Publishers and Editors can change them; Analysts and Viewers can read them.
