Schedule and publish to Medium
Write once and publish it as a story to your Medium profile or a publication you write for, now, on a date or through a queue. SPREVA checks the title, the tags and every image before it goes out.

What SPREVA checks before it publishes
Every post is checked against these limits for each Medium account you picked, in the editor and again right before it goes out, so a problem shows up while you can still fix it.

- 100 characters; go over and Medium replaces it with one generated from the story
- Tags
- Up to 3, each up to 25 characters; the rest are ignored
- Media per post
- Up to 20 images in the story

How connecting works
Paste the integration token from your Medium account, under Settings, Security and apps, Integration tokens. Medium stopped issuing new tokens to most accounts, so this only works if yours already has one.
SPREVA never sees a password, and the token does not expire on its own. If Medium ever revokes it, reconnect by pasting a fresh one; there is no way to renew it automatically.
What SPREVA adds
No blind retries
If Medium's answer to a new story gets lost, SPREVA will not try again on its own: it tells you to check your Medium profile and, if the story is not there, duplicate the post to send it again.
A title Medium keeps
Keep the title under 100 characters. Go over, and Medium replaces it with one generated from the story itself; SPREVA warns you before that happens.
A license for the story
Choose how others may reuse it, from all rights reserved to a Creative Commons license or the public domain, and whether to notify your followers.
And as on every network: its own text for any account, an approximate preview, publishing now, on a date or through a queue, and a retry for only the accounts that failed.
Questions about Medium
Why can't I connect a new Medium account?
Medium stopped issuing integration tokens to most new accounts. Only an account that already has one, under Settings, Security and apps, can connect to SPREVA this way.
Can I schedule Medium stories?
Yes. Publish now, choose a date and time, or add the story to a queue; SPREVA publishes it from its own servers, so nothing has to stay open on your side.
How many images can a Medium story have?
Up to 20, alongside the title and body you write.
Can I publish to a Medium publication I write for?
Yes. SPREVA lists your profile and every publication you edit or write for, and you choose which one a story goes to.
